• Periodic maintenance will improve the appearance and longevity of your flooring. 
• Remove loose dirt by sweeping or vacuuming as required.
• Use a micro pad mop with plain warm water. Dampen the mop pad and wash the floor rinsing frequently as needed.
• Using a high grade commercial floor cleaner, dampen the micro mop, spray the cleaner in small areas ahead of the mop head and scrub in long even overlapping strokes.

Core – layered pressed cores to high-density, high-pressured cores. Swell rate % – fully summered 25hrs. Resin content will increase moisture and dent resistance. Some lower priced laminates still use Urea Formaldehyde detrimental to pets and children. Direct surface – better quality laminates use higher quality and thicker gauge paper resulting in better graphic print, less chipping, better wear surfaces. Wear Surfaces – Finish coating can vary between products. In number of layers and using good quality aluminum oxide or high wear urethane products, resulting in superior scuff and scratch resistance.
